After 20 Years of Cooperation, Yingde Gases and Huaigang Special Steel Reach an Agreement to Deepen Strategic Cooperation

On August 25, in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, Yingde Gases Group (hereinafter referred to as Yingde Gases) and Jiangsu Shagang Group Huaigang Special Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huaigang Special Steel) held a ceremony marking the deepening strategic cooperation. Yingde Gases will continue to supply industrial gas to Huaigang Special Steel through a new large-scale air separation plant. The two parties will realize in-depth strategic cooperation in low-carbon operations, energy optimization, and green development.

 Delegates from both companies attended the signing ceremony, they are: Fang Shiwen, CEO of Yingde Gases Group; Fang Jingsong, General Manager of Large Scale Onsite Business Operations Center of Yingde Gases; Ji Yongxin, Chairman of Huaigang Special Steel; Qian Hongjian, General Manager of Huaigang Special Steel; Li Peisong, First Deputy General Manager of Huaigang Special Steel, and a few other attendees.

For 20 years, Yingde Gases and Huaigang Special Steel have built a long-history relationship and a deep foundation for cooperation. Since 2003, Yingde Gases has operated two sets of air separation plants for Huaigang Special Steel. With the commissioning of the new air separation plant, Yingde Gases will continue to provide Huaigang Special Steel with industrial gas in a long-term, stable, and economical manner, a strong guarantee for Huaigang Special Steel to achieve high-quality products. The strategic cooperation between the two parties will launch in-depth cooperation at a wider scope and at a higher level, and will also lay a solid foundation for the two parties to jointly explore green solutions such as low-carbon metallurgy.

 After the signing ceremony, Fang Shiwen and Fang Jingsong of Yingde Gases visited the main leaders of Qingjiangpu District, Huai¡¯an City. The two parties had an in-depth and extensive conversation on many topics such as the overall development of Yingde Gases Group and the economic and social development of Qingjiangpu District.
