Yingde Gases was honored with ¡°Best Employers in Greater China¡± Award for Two Consecutive Years

Following their recognition in HRoot's Best of Awards for 2021, Yingde Gases Group (hereinafter referred to as Yingde Gases), once again was presented with two major awards on November 9th: "Best Employers in Greater China 2022" and "Best HR Teams in Greater China 2022". HRA GM Amber Wang and others attended the event and received the awards on behalf of the company.

The ¡°Best HR Teams in Greater China 2022¡± Award acknowledges the human resources team with superlative and sustained results in business practice, providing solid support to the sales team. Yingde Gases' exceptional performance in the areas of employer branding, business management, and attracting and developing talent has received a major endorsement once again.

In 2021, Yingde Gases made great strides in the areas of cultural reinvention and social responsibility, as well as embracing the values of a talented workforce and placing greater import on talent development. Over the past year, Yingde Gases has remained committed to social responsibility, its sense of duty growing stronger. From building new systems and leading with innovation, to understanding the employee experience and building a brand, Yingde Gases has initiated several new measures to improve brand reputation as well as employee satisfaction, including developing greener technologies, exploring new methods of producing hydrogen, storing energy with electrochemicals, developing new materials, and promoting green hydrogen to empower the industry. In addition, Yingde Gases has lowered energy consumption and reduced emissions with an aim to achieve a 30% reduction in carbon emissions of unit revenue by 2030. Yingde Gases has supported higher education in China by establishing a scholarship for specialized study and a joint research institute at Xi'an Jiaotong University, encouraging outstanding students to go the extra mile in their studies, transforming their scholastic achievements into productive power. Yingde Gases has also implemented a digital upgrade across all systems, building a highly efficient and synchronous platform linking strategy, operations and performance, activating latent potential within the organization and the individual by building skills in digitalization. Encountering turbulent and highly variable market conditions, Yingde Gases has launched a new strategy ¡°LEAP¡±, whereby the group builds momentum for greater breakthroughs, precipitating a leap into the future. To provide effective support for the group's transition and restructuring, Yingde Gases' human resources team has devised a highly agile, forward-looking action plan, including the creation of a talent cultivation pilot program employing innovative incubation methods that take strategic topics from concept to reality, in effect helping the company break through and move forward. In addition, the HR team has created a diverse program of cultural activities called ¡°Culture 1+1 Living Room¡± towards the creation of a participatory, proactive corporate environment. The HR team has also devised a talent management program called ¡°Talent Stream¡± interlinked with the needs of the sales department, assisting them in the resolution of difficult issues in real time. The team uses a project-based work model that supports and elevates sales development and organizational capacity. Yingde Gases' specialized solutions for continuous optimization, formulation and refinement of talent policies, actualization of the human element in the workplace, completion of a workforce development system, and configuration of an open-ended organizational culture have culminated in the company's anointment as "Best HR Teams in Greater China 2022". 

The year 2022 is the launch year for Yingde Gases' five-year LEAP strategy, employing innovative talent management methods to support the actualization of transformative change in the areas of organization and the workforce. This strategy is also key to the group's "leap" into the future. Constantly optimizing internal management, improving one's brand and image as an employer, and tweaking and refining talent management and development strategy have not only earned Yingde Gases the affirmation of industry peers, but have also allowed the company to lay a solid foundation in leaps and bounds.
